Terms:
Payment of the sitting fee is required to secure a date/time for all sessions. In the event that the payment is not received by Mama Willow Photography within five business days of booking, sessions are subject to cancellation.
Cancellations more than two weeks from the scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled with no penalty. Session fees for cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled session are not subject to refund.
Rescheduling of sessions is at the sole discretion of Mama Willow Photography. All client galleries will be available for online proofing for a period of two-weeks from the date they are posted. All orders after the expiration of the two week period are subject to an archive retrieval upcharge of 25% of standard pricing.
All sessions require a model release signed by the legal guardian of the subject.
All images remain the property of Mama Willow Photography and are protected by US Copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution or use of images is strictly prohibited.
Mama Willow Photography reserves the right to use child photography images, files, negatives, prints, and/or reproductions for display, publications, or other purposes.
